OneDrive Restoration for Alumni and Inactive Students

Alumni and inactive students may request to have temporary access to their deactivated UConn Microsoft OneDrive account if the request is made soon after leaving the university. If this tool is successful in recovering the account, it will remain accessible for 14 days.

• ITS cannot extend your access past 14 days.
• An account cannot be restored more than once.
• Accounts of those currently affiliated with the University or former employees cannot be restored.
